Returns & Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not from our sale range or discounted, sale range items can only be returned for an exchange or store voucher.

Want to download & print a returns form? Please always email us - before sending your return back and to get a returns form, if you fail to this will cause a delays or potential non-refund of your order as we have recently moved HQ.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Underwear and socks
Accessories such as hats, caps & phone cases

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be analysed at the time at the time of the return and if we see fit we may be able to allow a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and discounted items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they are defected, never the less they may be returned for a different size or store vouchers to the value of the item.
